1. the 48-hour average weekly working time limit under the Working Time Regulations 1998 will not apply to me .
2. this agreement will remain in force indefinitely and;
3. this agreement is terminable either by myself or by the employer giving not less than 3 months’ notice in writing to the other. I have read and understood all of the above and freely give my agreement to it.
